Hatha Yoga : What is it?

For millines, the teaching of Yoga is perpetuated. Originally from India, it has gradually spread across borders and cultural barriers to the point of acquiring a high profile in the West.

In a better known fact, Hatha Yoga is too often assimilated to a large audience as a simple relaxation practice or gentle gymnastics. Yet, Hatha Yoga speaks to the universal dimension of the human being.

This course tested over the centuries, allows us to intervene safely in the physical and subtle plans by postures (âsana), breathing exercises (prânâyâma), concentrations (dhâranâ) and meditations (dhyâna).

Hatha Yoga is an effective technique of maintenance, health but also and above all a powerful means of knowledge and personal research.
