Paul is a very classy restaurant and bakery. It has two terraces, one upstairs and one at the entrance. It celebrates a lot of holidays, both Muslim and Western. For Easter, for example, it makes chocolate bunnies, chicken or eggs that are about 30 centimetres of height. If ever you want any savoury food, the best place to go to is Paul’s.

Paul in the‘Label Gallery has just opened so it is not as developed as the one Agdal. It is in the food court of 'Label Gallery on the second floor. There is also one in the basement for bakery items only. However, it has a bakery only. It sells different kinds of breads and pastries. However Paul is not the only food place that there is, but if you really have a feel of French food that is the best place.

There once lived a little family called the Mayots, in northern France. Charlemagne, the man of the family, decided to open a bakery with his wife and son that once belonged to a family with Paul for a last name. They decided to retain the bakery’s name. Every subsequent owner decided to keep this name. The chain expanded all over the world and in 1998 the first Paul bakery was opened in Agdal, Rabat, Morocco. A few years later another one was opened in ‘Label Gallery in Souissi.
