The Sale Pottery was created between 1971 and 1973. It contains potterys from Spain and  Morocco, unified to build one big village of potterys.. Today, the Sale Pottery is a production and selling Center on the  street  from Rabat to Meknes. The sale Pottery is known around the  globe. The village has about 22 Workshops with around 5-20 workers in each. The oldest pottery though is the  Pottery Guy Laurent, which was created  by Jean Laurent in 1958. The most common decoration  forms made in the  pottery are, Vases, bowls, ashtrays, candlesticks, tajines, lamps, flowerpots, and so on. The village itself  was divided up in 18 sections many years ago. Each section has its own speciality. These 18 sections are:
