Grade 10 IB Course Selection Timeline & IB Fair

During this event, Dr. Gerard (Associate Principal/IB Coordinator), Dr. Ted Fuller (Secondary Principal) and Dr. Rachael Gerbic (Secondary Counselor) will host an in-person Parent/Student Academy specifically for Grade 10. IB Teachers will provide course information during the IB Fair that follows. Attendance for all grade 10 students is mandatory.


We will discuss the IB program requirements, the three pathways to graduation at RAS, and the grade 10 course selection process as it relates to University admissions and planning. This event will take place in the Auditorium from 6:00-6:40 PM and will move to the Cafeteria from 6:45-7:30PM for the IB Fair.

At 6:45PM IB Teachers will be available at booths in the Cafeteria, as part of the IB Fair. They will share a brief overview of their courses, requirements, differences between HL and SL, and answer questions from students and parents.
